Services

Minne Detail LLC provides automotive detailing services at our location at 430 Old Crystal Bay Rd N, Orono, MN 55356. Pricing and scope for each service is outlined on our pricing page and in your individual quote.

Quotes & estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the photos and information provided. Actual pricing may adjust if your vehicle's condition differs significantly from the quote assumptions. We will always review any adjustments with you before starting work.

Appointments & cancellations

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-schedule future services based on your chosen frequency. Your card on file is charged at the time of each completed service (or upfront for annual pre-pay). You may cancel or change tiers at any time by contacting us. Annual pre-pay discounts are non-refundable if cancelled mid-term.

Liability

We treat every vehicle with utmost care. In the rare event of damage caused by our work, we will notify you immediately and work with you on a fair resolution. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due at completion of service (or pre-paid for subscriptions).
